MSA p2000 g3 fc event:supercapacitor failure

Status: cell 4 voltage is too high (30), State: failure (12) (p2: 2804, p3: 0)
Has anybody ever seen this error? temps all look good; msa is functioning fine with no red lights.

I've seem a note on the G2, but I have not checked the MSA advisories for some time now.
