      <description>It's an EVA4400?&lt;BR /&gt;If if does not have firmware 09534000, update to it. There's a bug in previous versions that leads to the loss of access from Command View.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rebooting the master controller usually solves this problem.</description>
