topic Cannot create DR group when source EVA has an failed controller in Disk Enclosures

HI,

We have an EVA4400 with a failed Controller. Before we try to repair the EVA, I would like to copy data to another EVA.
When I try to create DR groups it fails with the this error message "Other controller failed". It seems like its not possible to create a DR group unless both controllers are okay. Can I somehow make a DR force?
regards Brian
