product ID for smart array backplane

Hi,
I need to find the product ID for the backplane on our P410 smart array.

It has 14 physical disks in it, but I am told it must be one of these;

Backplane twenty-five bays SAS/SATA hard drive
Backplane four bays SAS/SATA hard drive
Backplane eight bays SAS/SATA hard drive
Backplane twelve bays SAS/SATA hard drive

which has confused me, any suggestions on how I can find out remotely? (or from the hpacucli diagnostic?)

Hi,

The P410 is just a card...i think you are looking for the backplane of a servers or an MSA JBOD. Can you tell us if it is an external JBOD or a server? If so, which JBOD or server. This will allow us to help you.

Since the 410 has internal connectors only, you need to tell what server model you have.
