    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The P410 is just a card...i think you are looking for the backplane of a servers or an MSA JBOD. Can you tell us if it is an external JBOD or a server?       <title>product ID for smart array backplane</title>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;I need to find the product ID for the backplane on our P410 smart array. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It has 14 physical disks in it, but I am told it must be one of these;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Backplane twenty-five bays SAS/SATA hard drive&lt;BR /&gt;Backplane four bays SAS/SATA hard drive&lt;BR /&gt;Backplane eight bays SAS/SATA hard drive&lt;BR /&gt;Backplane twelve bays SAS/SATA hard drive &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;which has confused me, any suggestions on how I can find out remotely?       <description>Since the 410 has internal connectors only, you need to tell what server model you have.</description>
