    <description>There is no need of license to install. I hope the license is already installed. You need to upgrade the Command View EVA also to 9.3 and can be download from the same location. It will pickup the license from EVA metadata. No need of any additional licenses to be installed.</description>

      <description>Can we have the details of XCS verison on the EVA. I hope XCS below 9004 has the known issue of Vdisk failed state due to temparature raise.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We have encounted around 3 times the same issue and issue solved by selecting the option "use as is".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please paln for XCS upgrade to XCS 9534 if it is not.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hope you have tried complete shutdown of the servers and power on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Siva</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;As per the screen shot the version is 09501000.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Recommandation is to move to XCS 9534000. You can get the software from &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;software.hp.com and check for XCS 9534000 and download the instructions.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can log a case with HP for the assistance.</description>
