This system worked before, but we changed it's location and zonned it with different management server.
What is SMH?

Is it problem that each of controllers are connected with only one FC to SAN?

Hi2all!

I connected and zoned EVA storage with management server (Win 2003 server), installed command view 5.0 and now trying to login through web interface (https://localhost:2381) and SSSU.
On web, I am able to login to System management with my domain user/pass, but when I try to open command_view_eva agent, it says: "Proxy Error, The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server."
Notice that I'm localy connected with RDP to management server with no proxy option set in IE browser.
Next try, I opened SSSU prompt, entered "select manager localhost user=xxxx password=xxxx" and "select system EVA6000", but I get response:
"EMCLIENTAPI_PERMISSIONDENIED_ERROR : Invalid username or password."

What can I try next to login?

CV versions < 6.0 and older versions of the system management homepage (SMH) did not use Windows authentication. They were using the "Administrator" user + password as defined in the SMH.

Is this a new installation or has this ever worked before?

Just one question: why are you using Command View 5.0?
That's way obsolete, is the EVA has firmware 6100 or more recent, you can install CV 9.3.
If not, at least install CV 6.02:

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software7/COL16255/co-43020-1/T3724-10009.iso

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software8/COL17042/co-46715-1/T3724-10502CVEVA_6_0_2.zip
