creating Vdisk during leveling

hi all
i have a disk group with a size of 4TB i need to created new Vdisk and the actual free space is not enough so i need to add more disks. can i create the new Vdisk during the leveling or i cannot use the added space until the leveling is finish?

No. You need to wait until the leveling finishes.
