After expanding the array, you must also create a new logical drive from within the Array Configuration Utility. After the logical drive has been created and if the drive has finished striping (about 20 minutes per gig) you will see the space in NT.

We are trying to expand our array of 3 - 18.2 GB drives to 4 on a 4200 controller. We added the new drive and used the Compaq disk array configuration to expand the array. Once the expansion was complete, we went into NT Disk Administrator and there is no free space to create a volume set. It's not listed as another drive either. We've done this before on other servers but this one is giving us a problem. Any ideas?
