P2000 not pinging

Dear All,

I have BL460c g6 servers that are to be connected to HP P2000 G3 MSA FC Dual Cntrl LFF Array. Yesterday, I was able to ping storage. I connected and created V-Disks, volumes etc. But since yesterday evening, I am not able to ping the storage. I tried after a storage reboot and reset one of the controller. Only 2-3 reply comes, then again "Request Timed Out".

I am also trying with Mini USB cable that was shipped with the storage. But I don't have Gadget Serial v2.4 driver for my Laptop running Windows XP Professional SP3.

Please advise.

The driver should not be the problem, it is on the P2000 download pages.

Thanks for the reply but what could be possible problem...

I have downloaded the driver and installed. But still not able to connect through Hyperterminal.

Can you see the USB port under ports in device manager?

Normally I get the port from there (e.g. COM7) and use putty to connect to the CLI.
