topic VA7100 in Disk Enclosures

Good Morning,
I have a va7100 with firmware HP02 I need to upgrade it to HP15.I have searched for this but cannot find it.Can anyone point me in the right direction.Your help is greatly appreciated.

open a support call to HP

they free update your va if it's in support

I am assuming you don't have support for this array through HP? If you do, they will upgrade the firmware for you.

Please do upgrade to HP18 - this is the latest for this moment. Better call HP. Firmware images are NOT available on the external web site, thus you eiter need CE onsite or should be given image from HP responce center

BTW, if you'll be doing upgrade by yourself (I do not recommend it, and as I know HP does not allow it, allowed only for certified personnel) please read upgrade instructions very carefully before proceeding
