topic MSA1500 cs Operating systems supported in Disk Enclosures

We just recieved a new MSA1500 cs controller and one MSA 20 disk drawer and we wanted to use it for our Windows, Linux and HP-UX servers. I've been looking through the documentation and it looks as though HP-UX isn't supported. Can someone please confirm this for me? We were lead to believe that HP-UX was supported.

Hmm, might be time to get a new reseller! The 1500cs *does not* support HP-UX:

http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11945_div/11945_div.html#Compatibility

The MSA1000 *does* support HP-UX:

http://h18006.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11033_div/11033_div.html

HTH

Duncan

Thanks for the quick response and docs Duncan. It's just what I need to raise some heck with the 3rd party vendor.
