hp smart array 641+storage enclosure not responding

Server: ProLiant ML330 Generation 3 Server
array Controller: hp smart array 641

when i boot the server this message came up.
1775-Slot1 Drive Array-ProLiant Storage Enclosure Not Responding
Check Storage Enclosure Power switch and cables. Turn system OFF while checking ProLiant power and cable connections, the turn system power back ON to retry.

1785-Slot1 Drive Array Not configured
No drives Detected

i have 3 non-hot-plugging disks
I tried this:
I have booted whith on disk, the same message
the disks have an unique SCSI-ID with jumpers
and i have tried out all 3 disks.
the array controller has the new firmware.
my suggestion is that the SCSI cable is not OK.
but the parts are alle new.
