    <description>Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;We had a problem with one disk but the VA made his work and every thing is OK.&lt;BR /&gt;I'm trying an interpretation of the logs but I can't found the codes explanations.&lt;BR /&gt;Does somebody know where there is an explanation of the log?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We don't use CommandView... we work directly in the VA.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The entries are like this:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;     Event Type: 0x1&lt;BR /&gt;Sequence Number: 665972&lt;BR /&gt;     Time Stamp: 6h:38m:47s, 10-11-2005&lt;BR /&gt;      Module ID: 0x0ab&lt;BR /&gt;  Controller SN: 00PP02D51025    &lt;BR /&gt;     Process ID: 0xffffffff&lt;BR /&gt;           Slot: 0x0&lt;BR /&gt;   Event Length: 0xb&lt;BR /&gt;     Event Code: 0x1e9&lt;BR /&gt;          Count: 0x1&lt;BR /&gt;   Enclosure ID: 0x0&lt;BR /&gt;           Slot: 0x0&lt;BR /&gt;      Component: 0xff&lt;BR /&gt;   Subcomponent: 0xff&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank a lot&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>If I read this correctly, that's a abnormal termination due to firmware.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Here's a document that lists all the event codes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/lpg60194/lpg60194.pdf" target="_blank"&gt;http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/lpg60194/lpg60194.pdf&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please upgrade to the latest release of FW, if you haven't yet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Vince</description>
