topic FC60: no arrays were found by the AM60Srvr in Disk Enclosures

It's a new installation. we have 2 FC card on V2250 connecting to FC60 with 2 SP.
After powerup, ioscan shows CLAIMED for the A5277A FC60 and diskinfo can also show configured LUN information. but amdsp -R/amdsp -i shows"no arrays were found by the AM60Srvr". therefore I cannot configure the FC60.
How can I correct this problem?
Tony

Check that the ARMServer is running. Just do a ps -ef|grep on it. If not start it up and away you go.

HTH, Paul

Make sure you have the latest AM60 server patch installed. There have been so many changes it is critical that the AM60server be the latest revision.
