    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You could try to pull the disk out and then put the disk back in again. In the past HP has had some problems with the connectors. Also you could let an engineer check the connector in that disk slot if the disk in the same slot is failing over and over again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good Luck,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Mark</description>

      <description>Try using command&lt;BR /&gt;arraylog -d {slot id} {array id}&lt;BR /&gt;this will give you specific information about the disk, including any error states.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Good Luck&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Steve</description>
