Hi,

I'm trying to access the commandview web that will allow me to manage my va7110 directly attached to my hpux rx7620 11i 11.23. When i'm accessing the http://192.1.1.20:4096/Laucher.html, I'm getting Error getting database reference from 192.1.1.20, I have try to uninstall and re-install the software, but I still have the problem.

Add your IP adres to the file access.dat

Restart the processes

HA_Dial_stop
HA_Dial_start

now you are granted to access it from your IP adress

Hi,

I add my subnet into the access.dat and authorized.dat, so 192.168.211.* . I forgot to mentionned that my Launcher.html start anyway, I can view the server and under the VA, but in an unknow state. If I right-click on the unit and start the storagework interface, I'm getting ...

The problem was that my hostname was not resolved on my DNS
