Hello experts<BR />I replaced failed disk in raid 4si; but rebuild not started, still showing failed state on new disk. So I manualy done online to failed disk. This cause issue in data access in sap; though file system &amp; files inside ok. What could be wrong?

Are you sure it was set up as RAID with redundancy before the failure ? Could also be that replacement disk is faulty or you have a faulty backplane.
