I tried to upgrade the ROM on this 3200 but the remote flash utility for 4.50 said I had to flash offline. This appears to be a requirement since my current version is older than 4.40. I've been trying to find the offline flash utility for a few days and have had no luck. Can anyone assist?

Hello,
Some server doesn't support the ROMflash. The list of the server is on the PDF about the CP001440.

On this following adress, you can find the Support Paq for an updrage offline of the SA3200.
You need only the 1st disquette for the SA3200
http://www.compaq.com/support/files/server/us/download/13603.html

This also worked for my SA-221 controller. Go to the web address, download the 5.6MB file SP17871 and create disk 1. Couldn't be simpler.
