<title>Smart Array 6400 "Check SCSI Cable" at POST</title>
      <link>https://community.hpe.com/t5/disk-enclosures/smart-array-6400-quot-check-scsi-cable-quot-at-post/m-p/5038978#M40685</link>
<description>I am having this error at boot on an older ML530. I'm using 6 - 146GB U320 wide drives (BF14688577) and they are down-shifting to narrow. The cable has already been changed and the ML530, the 6400, and the drives all have the latest firmware from the 7.70 maintenance CD. However, the POST error remains. FWIW, a Smart Array 641 is also present Iin this box, as well as 6 - 72GB U320 drives (BF0728A36) and they are functioning normally. Appreciate any responses, thanks for reading.</description>
