When I try to install CV XP 2.2B on Windows 2003 Standart Edition SP2 I have this message: Error 1722 - There is a problem with this windows installer package, A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact support vendor or package vendor.

What is the version of Java/JRE installed on the Windows server?

As per CV XP Installation guide it should be 1.4.2_06.

Yes. The java is 1.4.2_06.

I got to install CV XP 2.2B. I had to change IIS Admin Service to disabled, reboot the W2K3 and install the CV XP 2.2B. It worked well.

The installation of CV XP 2.2B worked.
