cant't validate host agent credentials

Hi,

newbie with RSM i face severals problems each day... ;)
Now i cant't validate credentials for hosted agents.
I installed and patched host agent on my windows 2003 servers, i see them in rsm console, but no way to validate credentials (local or domain).
Is there a language problem like for scheuler time/date ?

Is your DNS rock solid for name resolution?

Also, be sure you have created the required local security group on each system....

Hi Richard,
my DNS is ok cause it resolve server names, i just have problem with credentials.
HP Storage Admins nd HP Storage Users groups are ok (and populated..) on both servers, buth on RSM server itself it can't validate credentials that i use for login in RSM console...

in fact, as said before, i forgotten HP RSM security groups in windows managing... houuu...
