    <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;may I assume this jbod is connected to a raid4si controller and hp-ux is running?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there is no hotspare configured, just replace the disk - that's it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a hotspare configured, it is now part of the RAID. You need to make the new disk the hotspare (using irm tool).</description>
