I want to add a M5314 to my EVA 60002C4D. The only documentation I can find refers to EVA 8000 and 4000, so I need information about which ports to use on the loop switches on the EVA 6000.

Take a look at the hardware configuration guide here:

Page 26 has the cabling configuration for a 2C5D setup.
