EVA controller A not coming up

Hi,

I have an EVA 4000 2C1D with two controllers and 4 disk enclosures. Everything was working fine till I notice the following:

The controller A OCP shows the following message: HP EVA OCP COPYRIGHT 2005.

Command View EVA shows the following:
- Only Controller B is shown
- Mirror path 1 & 2 Not Active ; Mirror port 1 & 2 State : failed
- Disk Enclosure 4 I/O column Link Operational State Port A2 failed
- Disk Enclosure 1 I/O column Link Operational State Port B1 failed

Please help me resolve this issue.

Restart your controller.

Power it off, then power it on again

I did power it OFF and ON. But still the same problem.

Contact HP to check your controller.

Do you have webes running? In this case HP must already be aware that you have a problem.
