Hello,

Need one help .

I am getting the follwing errors on command view EVA ,could you please let me know more details abt this error and the steps for troubleshooting the same

Error:-

An HSV200 controller has processed a Storage System Management Interface command with the result of non-success return code.
Corrective action code: 00

CAC:00 means 'no action necessary'

if it happened only once, no action necessary. if it is repeating, do collect the event logs from the EVA for further troubleshooting.

This is something not to be worried about.

Please look at HP Customer Advisory:

This issue is inherent in the current architecture of communication between Command View EVA and present EVA firmware releases. A design change for Command View EVA will be included in the Command View EVA v6.0.2 release.

So please upgrade your Command View EVA version and the problem will be solved.

What version of XCS are you running on your EVA ? Maybe that also needs to be updated...
