EVAperf was made available during the Command View V4.1 timeframe. As it does not depend on CV, there is some chance that it works if you can get hold of the old kit.

I'm sure this will come back from HP as an "unsupported" configuration - not to mention the fact that I came across some "known bugs" in earlier versions of EVA Perf that caused certain statistics to be mis-reported. So: you may well be able to get your configuration to run and even produce what looks like good output, but I wouldn't trust its accuracy at all.

TKC,

3.010 is very old, you should be planning to upgrade to 3110 ?

evaperf is is part of the Command view install, only issue I don't think 3.010 is supportd with 6.02.

WK

When upgrading from 3.010 to 3.028 it might be necessary to call a HP technican to do a meta-data scan. When I was organizing similar upgrades, this required loading a special firmware image. Also, the disk drive firmware need to be upgraded as well.

Before that is done, the whole SAN environment need to be analyzed and a plan created. If the system is that old, you most likely will have to upgrade the switches and servers as well.
