Hi all,

I have and old L1000 with a 12H disk array attached on it, it remains several years power off and now i want to bring it back to the light. When it was starting sends an allarm to display (unfortunatelly it is crashed :() and i can't see wath happens. It has not a support contract so my question is if there any place where i can download the lastest firmware to this model ...

Any advice will be apreciated.

Hi Ender

I believe that you cannot download this firmware because you need to pay for it and also you need the diagnostics password from HP

Regards

Are you able to work with the front panel?
Latest FW version for the 12H was HP62. Can you check this?

The management software should be always installed.
Check if you can work with "arraydsp" - see

man arraydsp
