Hi all,

I have two simple questions for you regarding a MSA500:

1-The storage shows me on its display 'ERROR 400', what does it mean? Using the ACU I don't see any error.

2-Where do I find some documentation about the errors for this storage. On the hp site I found only the user guide.

Have you looked at the manual below

Under Appendix C there is an entry;

400 STORAGE BOX
# FAN OK
Informational The specified storage
enclosure indicates that
one of its previously
failed or degraded fans is
now operating normally.
