> Igot this error Panic 00000012, 9886576=0096DB70 DDRAM Parity Error

The error code 0x00000012 indicates that a RAM parity error in the SIMM was detected which results in a panic.
There're four SIMM modules on the board and ther're refered to as SIMM-1, SIMM-2, SIMM-3, SIMM-4.
( SIMM is short for single in-line momory module )
All that you now have to do is to let HP support personel diagnose which SIMM caused the problem and replace it with a good one.

Hope this helps,
