Hi All,

Could some one tell me how to reset the MSA 2000i manage username password to be reset, as i lost the password

The Serial Port on the MSA2000 is not password protected, you can reset the password from there.

Here is a sample output:
Syntax : set password

set password admin
Enter new password:****
Verify new password:****
Info: Changing password for user: s1ayer

Enter the new password and confirm the password to update the details.
