The server usually execute "Command View" .
In HP document, HP ProLiant Storage Server DL380, DL580 are recommand usually .
Can I use "Storage Server DL160 G5" or "ProLiant Server DL160 G5" or "PC with FC HBA" for ISEE & Command View ?

another question.
Now HP EVA4400 can use "Array Based Management with Command View / ABM".
The another management server isn't needed .
HP ISEE can be executed with "Array Based Management with Command View / ABM" ?

Thanks and Best Regards

Typically, ISEE and the other Monitoring software is installed on the same server that is running Command View.

This makes for an easy configuration.

Now, I believe ISEE can be running on a different server, but as long as the additional monitoring software is running on the same server ISEE is on, then there should be no issues.

As far as command view is concerned, it has to be on a box that has at least 1 fibre channel hba connection.

Steven
