      <title>EVA HSV100 Controller battery LED status still RED</title>

      <description>Dear all&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In our office Our Shared storage EVA3000 (HSV100) controller battery was damaged. Then we have replaced the bad battery with a new one but controller battery alarm LED still blinking RED.  What can we do now? We follow the following procedure to replace batteries:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1.)we have replaced when the conntroller is POWER ON.&lt;BR /&gt;2.)we have removed both bad battery assemblies and then insert new one.&lt;BR /&gt;3.)After replace new battery pls wait two minutes,but from OCP we have found battery LED still green &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;We have check fault LED of the controller and found it was OFF.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We also try another good battery pair but battery led status still RED.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there is problem in the controller,if problem how can we trace it.We have already check from EVA command view but found controller status is good&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;we also power cycle controller but no works.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Minhaz&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>1) Can you check the status on Command View?&lt;BR /&gt;   - Charger operational state&lt;BR /&gt;   - Module 0 operational state&lt;BR /&gt;   - Module 1 operational state&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2) Check the contacts of the first batteries, the ones you removed, for damage. Sometimes the batteries leak and damage the controller contacts. In that case a controller replacement will be needed.</description>
