Hello,

maybe this yellor warning is just the instant-on licenes, after die CV installation. Check the installed licenses if there are CA and BC temporary licenses (60 day trial).

Best regards,
Patrick

Hello,

you need only the license files for the used capacity of the EVA, the LTUs for Command View. Nothing else. But CV installs trial licenses for CA and BC and this would explain the yellow questionmark in your navigation pane.

Take a look into the physical view of the EVA. If there are no warnings, everything should be fine.

Hope this helps.

Best regards,
Patrick

Hello,

yes. With CV 7.0 it was mandatory to have a license file. This should be shipped to you or your customer if the EVA was under support. If your EVA wasn't under support, then you might need to buy a new license. You should contact your HP sales representive for more informations.

Try the search here in the forum. You migth find some useful informations.

Best regards,
Patrick
