Command View 9.0.1 are compatible with these versions:

VCS 3.1xx
VCS 4.1xx
XCS 6.1xx (HP Recommends Upgrade to 6.2xx)
XCS 6.2xx
XCS 09003000
XCS 09006000
XCS 09501x00

If you have access to SPOCK you can get it there.
