      <description>Looks like a failed disk, no disk icon on the bay 2.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Look into the "Disk Drive" tab, if you don't see info from the disk there, then it's failed and should be replaced.</description>

      <description>If it is a failed disk then there should be leveling process going or completed in disk group. You can check the controller event logs for leveling events. As a normal process the disk should come in "ungrouped" folder but not all the time.</description>

      <description>hi, also remember to go to the disk in command view and click 'remove' when you replace the disk. even if it is failed rather than just pulling it out. Not critical but there are very good reasons to do it this way.</description>
