EVA4400 host switch type online

Hello, I have a problem, I have an EVA4400 with VMware ESX Server 3.5, the case is that the EVA are as type Microsoft Windows host, instead of VMware. Everything works fine. But two ESX host with Microsoft Windows and type 1 with type VMware in the same cluster, the three hosts are ESX 3.5

Can I change the type to VMware hosts online? or should I stop or do something special.

My concern is that any LUN become corrupted.

No, you have to unpresent the LUNs before changing the host type.

gracias por contestar, me puedes indicar algÃºn documento para confirmar esto que me indicas, tengo que convencer al cliente de que es necesaria una parada para realizar esta operaciÃ³n
