Yes, those rules are correct. There's some more complexity...

EVA4400/6400/8400 use M6412 or M6412A enclosures. The difference is the RoHS compliance of the parts.

Also, EVA4000/6000/8000 can use M5314A and M5314B enclosures, the difference is the same, M5314B is RoHS compliant.

EVA4100/6100/8100 use only M5314C enclosures.

Q: Drive Enclosure of EVA 4100 can be used with EVA 4400 or not.

A: NO, M5314 and M6412 are completly different enclosures. One has 14 vertical disks, the other 12 horizontal disks. The new EVAs 4400/6400/8400 use M6412 enclosures only.

Q: Drive Enclosure of EVA 4100 is compatible with 6100 and 8100 or not.

A: YES. EVAs x100 use the same enclosures

Q: Drive Enclosure of EVA 3000 can be used with EVA6000 or not.

A: The chasis and power supplies of the enclosure can be used, you have to replace the I/O modules by the E-PBC ones (spare ending on -005) and maybe the EMU.

No, they have nothing in common. The enclosure is different and the disk drives use a different carrier.
