Upgrading controllers with out upgrading Command View

Can I upgrade the controllers to xcs v09522000 from command view 8.0 with out updating the cv first.

The reason is, CV 9.2 does not want to install properly and after i upgrade the controllers i can update the management module to the latest firmware.

If anyone has a link for CV 9.0.1 that i can try?
Any ideas?

FYI,

I have successfully upgraded the controllers using CV 8.0 and then updated the Management module with the newest firmware.
