      <description>We see this behaviour sometimes when using multiple CLI commands in a script.  It seems to overrun the buffer on the terminal emulator.  Solution was to enter one command, wait until the output finishes and then enter the next one.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hopefully this helps.</description>

      <description>Tried that, like you suggested, one CLI command at a time, the output still the same. :(</description>

      <description>Hmmmm  not sure at this point in time.  When was the last time you rebooted the MSA and at what firmware level is it at?</description>

      <description>Well, so far we haven't reboot the MSA1000 for awhile but only the server (rp4440) which connected to it for regular OS patching. We was able to access it before, just not recently. :(</description>

      <description>What you are seeing is definitely some kind of "drop out".  Are you using the proper cable for the MSA1000?</description>

      <description>I know,you are right, something is dropping out... we are using the RJ45Z cable which come with the MSA1000. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not sure i any setting i can do to increase the buffer some where of if i have a bad cable. .will try out and let u know the result, thanks for the help.</description>

      <description>Hi Guys!!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for all the suggestion. Finally we found the root cause of this problem. It was due to the bad serial port that our RJ45Z connection. After we used a different serial port, it works fine now.</description>
