Error message on EVA

Hi all,
I checked EVA status via command view and noticed alarm messages on both Controller(our eva has dual controller). Why these error appear? What does mean soft diagnostic is failure?

rustam, have you checked a logs from controllers?

It means that the controllers have rebooted in an unexpected way or have detected something not working during last boot.

Check controller event log and see when controllers rebooted and why.
