EVA 8400 - running 2 simultaneous disk group tasks.

Have an 8400 with up to date code and CmdView.

Have a large disk group (FATA) levelling and it's going to take days to finish.

Want to create another disk group (600GB 15k disks). Can I do this while the other is levelling?

I don't see why not as it's independant of the other disk group.

Just wanted to check first in case there are any issues with that.

As you may be knowing, leveling is Arrayâ s internal house-keeping task and during leveling no management task is blocked.
Yes, You can create another disk group, while other one is doing leveling
