Problem with offline vdisk on MSA2312fc

Hi,
I have MSA2312fc and problem with vdisk on this storage.
I have only one vdisk on this storage and it's have status OFFL. I found that means offline.

What i should do/have to do that my vdisk become online?

Hey, do you have any problems reported in the SMU?

Did you look in the logs?

Maybe you have some kind of hardware issue that is causing this?

I had a problem with controllers earlier.
Now I have a two disks in AVAIL status and one in LEFOVER status.
It's looks like this disk go out from RAID.

Yes, it does.

Can you access the volume(s) now?

Maybe you had a hard disk problem and a disk needs to be replaced?

I haven't access to volume from host.
Now I started from CLI command
# trust vdisk [vdisk]
Now I wait for reconstruction.

No I don't but you're not giving so much information either ;)

I would look into the logs and see if there has been any errors.

You can get the logs by going to tools -> save logs.

If I right-click on MSA2312fc ->Tools I see:
- Licence manager
- Reset Host Port
- Rescan Disk Channels
- Clear Disk Metadata

What did I wrong?

Meh okay.

It's a different way in all the MSAs :)

But I guess you can look through the normal log, that should do it. Don't have to get the whole support log.

I copy log from normal log, but thery is not to many logs.

After reconstruction RAID structure my vdisk hav status FTOL and everything is ok.
There was no loss of data and my colleague sees his volume.

I Think that I have a happiness.

Everybody must remember that after this command [trust vdisk] HP recommendet that we have to backup data, do new vdisk and we can go back with data.
