    <description>The LED's are green like the others.&lt;BR /&gt;Sorry, but I don't know how to start the CV.&lt;BR /&gt;I thought it refreshs with log off and log on.&lt;BR /&gt;What's to do to start the service?</description>

      <description>After changing a failed disk, the new one is&lt;BR /&gt;unvisible. The bay is in status "unpopulated". Whats to do with it to come to ungrouped disks?</description>

      <description>It takes some time before the status is changed in command view.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Consider to try "refresh" from CV screen or restart the CV service.</description>

      <description>unpopulated comes when eva is not sensing any disks in the slot. Can you confirm its seated properly &amp;amp; what are the LED indications on the disk ?</description>

      <description>I assume you know how to start / stop windows services - so look for HP command view there, stop and start it.</description>
