Hello
Our EVA3000 both controllers restarted for the 3rd time in the last 2 months. Without any previous warning.
In logs I've found entry from just before restart. 5 times the same info and then reboot.
What can it be?
Hey!

Well that .txt only said that there were some dropped frames.
Probably because the controllers tried to send frames to each other but the other one was down, or something like that.

What does it say in the termination event log?

That is probably more interesting than the controller event log - although you should be able to see the termination code in there.

Do they both restart and then come back up fine? No errors in Command View?

04080582 - last gasp termination - in termination log
0400031c - hsv100 terminated due to unrecoverable event .. initiated via the SSMI. - in controller event log

An HSV100 controller has detected loop receiver failures. Interesting.

Looks like it starts with some disk timeouts and then it reboots.

It would be nice to see the termination code (maybe you can get it by clicking "more details" on the termination on #42.

Maybe that would tell us more?

In the controller event log, the first errors on the 15th about disk timeouts, does the more details say which disk? Always the same?

Do you still have a contract on this?

Just based on the timeouts it could be a disk not playing nice, io-module problem, firmware?, or whatever really.

Yes, CV 9.3 is there for about 1,5 month now. We don't have HP support anymore.
If its not public information maybe You can send some more information about reason or if it can be fixed to daan1@wp.pl
