      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get a EVA4400 with 1D1C which i found it doesn't work any more. Here are some log info&amp;nbsp;collected by cli below, can somebody tell me what's wrong with it?       <description>Hey,&lt;BR /&gt;XCS == 09001000 - it doesn't get much older than that :)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does both keeps on restarting?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Do you have any important data on it?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I can't really tell from that why it's doing that, maybe somebody else can. Is the cabling maybe somehow not done correctly?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;One other thing you can try is to pull out one controller a little bit and let it try to get up with only one controller.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;also make sure you have no dead disks as we found that dead disks were crashing our controllers on old firmware, if it boots i would try and update the firmware ASAP&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Also, have you tried to access it via the management console? (so to the WOCP)</description>
