MDS600 Drawer Stuck?

We hae a problem with one of our MDS600 units, and that is we're unable to pull one of the drawers out.

Has anyone experienced something like this before?

I have similar problem with one of MDS 600 , drawer won't open

Problem is that MDS wont open if there is no I/o module inserted , and attached correctly
I have reattached I/O module and drawer opened without any problem
