      <title>Smart Array P400 and Code 347 and 267</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just installed a P400 (with no drives attached)&amp;nbsp;into my ML370 G5 and the ACU states:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;347 The cache for Smart Array P400 in Slot 4 is not configured.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AND&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;267 There are no configurable physical drives attached to the current array controller.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not installed drives yet, so the 267 is true.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But what about 347? I see no way to configure cache settings. Is that by design?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Damian&lt;/P&gt;</description>
