CommandView EVA 6.0.2 do not see controllers

I have and old EVA4000, Controlles Software is 6110 and CommandView is 6.0.2, i can create new Virtuals Disks, Host, present Disks to Hosts but, in Hardware when i try to expand to see controller, do not show controllers and if i try to shutdown it says "Operation failed! No Controllers Found".

Any idea?

Could be an EMU/CAB issue. Check the back of the EVA - is the controllers on the right "number".

Tried a good old restart of CV? You can also restart the EVA controllers from the OCP.

I have the same problem, I restarted CV, controllers...

Any idea??
