Hi all..need advise. is there a monitoring tool for MSA P2000, like hardware monitoring software? I saw performance monitoring software, but it was limited to performance itself..please help. Thanks guys.

Hello,

P2000 could by monitored as other HP hardware with HP SIM (System Insight Monitor). Do you use it for rest of your HP enviroment?

Im new in Hp storage. The end user want to monitor only the P2000. SIM is one way of doing this, am i right?

Hello,

If customer has only this one, it is probably useless to install HP SIM. Isn't it enough to use integrated web management + email notification from P2000?
