Hello, I have a DL380G7 with new purchase P812/1G SAS controller(487204-B21) and D2700 enclosure with 7.5TB bundle(AW525A), would like to know the best practice of cabling between them, can it be a full mesh cabling to achieve ports or cables failure? I had search around the user guide of D2700 but the nearly scenario is only talking about one controller with two enclosures...

Thanks in advance!

Chris

Your P812 should have 2 ports, which you can connect to the input ports on each module on the back of your D2700. This will give you redundant paths and i think will improve performance as long as both controller modules are alive.
